in london visa office instructions, they require ID card to be translated in english. where can we get certified translation of ID in english from pakistan. we all have ID cards in Urdu
Visit the nearest district Court there are many typiest there who can do it for you or simply do it your self and get it notrized
Can you elaborate what exactly notarized means;
is that means attested by grade 17 or above officer that’s it or is there any other way to notarized the documents?
Notarization means, Go to the district court and attest your documents by notary public. It is not a grade 17 officer.
It is a generaly authority to see your original documents and attest a copy of it. This is notarization.

If ID card is in english [NICOP] then its ok. It will work for you.
no need for nicop its expensive - just get your CNICs translated to english the outcommissioners have format with them.

@ mis
I have advised the person that no need of english translation because he has already NICOP. Which would suffice the purpose. Most of the people who are living abroad have NICOP so they don't need english translation.
well you are correct brother, sorry i missed that part

- yes if you have NICOP then no need for translation as its already in english.
I have NICOP but it says country of stay Australia were as i have never stayed in Australia. I just applied for Australia immigration so now what should i do for Canada. Give the same NICOP card to Canada. Will it create confusion??

If you are in Karachi go to Civic center and get true translation of NIC in english from there. I did it the same way and they charged me Rs.70 for the translation and attestation of the NIC.
