Certified original translation from the university?pls help

Hi,

My education certificate(degree) is in foreign language and my university issued an original english translation signed by the school itself . Do i still need affidavit? Its from them. With stamp. Is this good enough? Or do i need to go to translation company , have an affidavit and notarize it? Pls help. Its expensive to get it translated here
