You can get your CHRP designation by either taking courses directly through the Human Resources Professional Association, or many local colleges have their own HR Management programs that prepare you for taking your CHRP exam.
Once you have your CHRP there are annual 'points' you need to obtain to maintain your creditation.
I have a PHR Certification and I have just completed my CIPD certification. What is the value of both or either of the qualifications towards practicing as HR practioner in Canada. Can one use these as points towards CHRP qualification?
