Vienna requested a bunch of documents from me today with the note If documents have been requested, please provide originals or certified true copies.
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We are missing the following information and/or documentation in your application:
- Notice of Assessment for 2012 and T4 slips for 2012 and 2013 from both you and sponsor
- Copy of lease agreement for 123xxx, Calgary from April 2012 until the date you left the property.
- Utility bills in joint names from April 2012
- Bank statements in joint names from April 2012
- Evidence of joint purchase of the premises (condo)
Which of these documents have to be certified??
For the condo purchase we have an official certificate which probably needs a certified copy but what about the rest? I printed out and copied about 100 pages already to proof that we lived in the same place (what I already did in the initial application) but I'm not sure about the certified copies for them.
Could someone please help me?
