Certified Copy of passport

Hi
Do I really have to certified passport photo copy? In form it say in Afghan section. I don't know why they make it that hard! Its passport issued by Afghan government. Also it ask for original marriage certificate will they will send it back to us? What will happen if I need the original copy of it else where what will happen then?

There are general requirements and there are country specific requirements. If Afghanistan specific requirements asks you to send Certified copy of Passport and original marriage certificate then you have to send them. They will mail you back the certificate once they have reviewed it.
