Hey Guys,

So I am applying for my PR under CEC, I am currently a Licensed optician, I cannot find out whether it would be under a certificate of qualification or not. I am at 434 pts and even though I selected that I have a certificate of qualification in the form, it does not show any numbers in the 'CRS - Skill Transferability - Certificate of Qualification' portion.

Also would I have to send out my passport via the post office or is it just PDF uploads?
