I am applying under Canadian Experience Class and as of now my score is 437. With (S8.0 R8.5 L8.5 W7.5) IELTS score, 1 year NOC 2232 Job and 2 years diploma.
In order to qualify, as per current draws I need atleast 465.
Can I get a certificate of qualification from Ontario Water WasteWater Certification (OWWCO) by giving the exam and claim 50 points under EE? Or I can't claim it because I'm working as a Mechanical Designer.
If so, what other certification course can I do to gain 50 points?
