Hello I'm A convention refugee and recently I wanted to apply for the certificat de sélection du québec which I don't know what is this about!
I live in Montreal and I really wanna know what is this about and are they going to refuse my application in anyway?
I mean I wanna know if they refuse applications for convention refugees or not and if so then what is the reasons?
