I am applying for PR under the family class. i do have two issues. My wife lives in Quebec and on the online application it asks for Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) which i don't have. i checked with the Quebec and the CSQ is issued later after the IRCC write letter to Quebec.
the other one is phot requirements. there is additional 3 photo requirements from specific countries such as Ethiopia for PA and other family members in total it will be 5 per each. my question is should this picture be identical or different it doesn't specify on the guide? anyone with answer please help. thank you
Yes, for quebec spouse sponsorship, you will need first to submit IRCC applications, then after AOR, IRCC will send sponsor an invitation to apply for CSQ.
