I don't know if I can make myselft clear... my wife is from Russia and the notary doesn't speak English... So the documents are in Russian we are translating them into English by a certified translator... but the notary does his job and certified (swear) that the copy of the original documents is true copy but he write it in Russian of course but this part of the notary will also be translated in English
So my question is it enough that the translator will translate the Russian part of the notary or we really need an English notary that will write his part in English?

I think having the documents that are translated into English by a certified translator should be sufficient. We had our marriage documents translated into English and legalized/certified/authenticated and they were accepted by CIC.
You may want to also submit a copy of the Russian document along with the translated English certified copy. It may not be needed but that is what we had done. We sent in copies of our Thai documents along with the certified English copies.
Providing the English translator is Certified to do the translations that in itself should be accepted.
