CERB on a closed Work Permit

Hi Guys,

I am on a closed work permit but haven't worked due to COVID, my PR application is also in process. Am I eligible for CERB? and if I apply for it will it create a problem in my PR application.

My employer told me not to come to work until further notice, so I am confused.
