Hi can anyone please help me? im applying for spouse(including dependent children) this is my situation i file my divorce here at the same time i get married in here, my spouse is canadian citizen. I never submit my application yet coz waiting for the original copy of “Declaration from non-accompanying parent/guardian for minors immigrating to canada, the i read that “CENOMAR” means Certificate of No Marriage Record is that need to include my application i mean do i need to get that from phils? Please thank you

You will need either a CENOMAR or a marriage certificate stamped by the PSA.
