I just received an email from Paragon Test that my Celpip was cancelled. That one was the third time that my test was cancelled. My first one was IELTS so I changed to Celpip. I checked Celpip’s website out and they still have sittings in May. I would like to know if there is anyone that has taken IELTS or Celpip. They give us a hope that the test will happen and 1 week before they send email informing the cancellation. Please, tell me your experience in Canada about whether or not you took the test this month, May, in Canada.
