I'm currently applying under CEC. I worked in my job for 16 months, and it begun as a 40 hours per week role. In the middle of my 16 months, due to other commitments I reduced my hours for a bit. Some weeks I kept it over 30 hours, some I didn't. Overall during my time there, I had 58 weeks of over 30 hours per week (which is what CIC deem as FT) out of 72 weeks of employment. How should I get this written by my boss in my employment reference letter? More importantly, is this actually allowed for CEC?
