Lawyer told me to enclose the payroll report to the application.

Should I enclose only the last T4 even if I started to work for my company in the end of the 2012?

if you are certain about having got minimum of 30 hours on every pay stub , then it wont even make a diffrence if you submit them or not, your application envelop will get tighter

Hi, to apply under Canadian work class for a PR, the minimum requirement is to work for a year or 1560 hours in total.
If a candidate works for 40 hrs/week => 1560/40 = 39 weeks of full time employment. Is it so that if I have worked for 39 weeks in total I'm eligible to avail the benefits of Canadian work experience?
Or 1560 is just a min requirement for a 1 year exp and completing the stipulates hours before a year doesn't effectively mean you have qualified to apply under Canadian work class?

52 weeks of experience AND at least 30 hours/week.

One year at "30 or more" hours per week = 1560 hours. 1560 hours is the equivalent, provided so that part-time workers can calculate their eligibility.

No, because you only have 39 weeks, and you need 52.
