CEC with province nomination?

Hello, I need help with this question:
I currently have 439 points in my EE profile, I want to apply thru CEC bacause I have 6 years of experience here in Canada, I have a Provincial Nomination from Ontario, If I accept this provincial nomination to get the extra 600 points, can I still apply under the CEC program?

a) I think that depends on under which stream you were nominated - was it Ontario Express Entry (e.g Human Capital Prioriteis stream?) or under one of the other streams (e.g. Masters, PhD?)

b) when you submit your profile, if you receive an ITA, CIC will tell you whether to apply through the FSW or the CEC program, depending which you qualify for.

If you qualify under both, "FSW" is the default. If you don't want to qualify under FSW, and only want to qualify under CEC - you can do things like exclude foreign work experience...
