CEC with Common Law

Hello Everyone!

This is regarding my pr application with my common law partner, we boh come into CEC category.
My common law already got the work permit by proving our common law relationship.

Do we need to prove this again in our pr applicaion?
we have the signed IMM5409, which we did during the work permit process.

You need to prove you are common-law.
