I have 2 years of work experience in type B, and so i am applying as a skilled worker. Question is do i have to submit my post secondary transcripts? i was a student before. If yes, I opened the envelop and took a look at the transcript, is it ok to submit as it is? or does it have to be sealed and stuff?

Read the checklist for CEC, it states. "university sealed envelopes."
