I got an ITA a few weeks back but I'm thinking of declining it. I did a medical examination which was one of the requirements for the Application.
My question is: Will I have to complete another medical exam if I get a second ITA? I'm applying under Canadian experience class.

you do not necessarily have to complete another medical exam as long as the current one is valid for 6 or more months when you submit you PR application (after getting a second ITA), you will be fine.
