I had prepared all documentaion for CEC and ready to apply. Before proceed, I am having one issue for reference letter, my employer is ignoring to provide reference letter. However I am having employer letters which are used for work permits application and extensions. This work permits application letters clearly states my job duties, pay salary, hours per week etc.
Does this work permit application letters are sufficient to go a head or do I face any problems in going a head.
All Seniors and Experts, who had experience or details please provide and guide.
get a general reference letter from your employer which states your duties, responsibilities, job hours, your income & your character certificate.. this will do.. I got a general reference from my company (which comes in Fortune 100) hr dept.. n it worked for me..
Thanks for the information,
My reference letters used for work permit extension are 6 months old, which is within 1 year,
does this sufficient to proceed, I am trying to get reference letters for PR application, but my employeer is ignoring,
please guide,
To be on a more safer side ...Get a reference letter from one of your Colleague and get it attested. Attach it with Reference letters used for filing Work permit extensions and that would suffice.
Reference letter is important , but if you are providing them with Substantial evidences and explain them why a direct reference letter can't be provided...that would get your job done.
