1- What is the processing tme of CEC and PNP for PR...
2- Normally study permit issue for the same length as of studies or they give 2-3 more months?
as what i saw that applying for PGWP your study permit will be valid and your transcript will be in your hand.....
I saw here people are waiting since year for CEC class application to get process.. what if u have your post graduation work permit finish and your case still not get process?? you have to leave canada? or some people got work permit from the employer or if not how they extend their stay? or they have to leave canada and once their CEC application got approved only then they can come back..
Generally speaking, if you don't have valid status (no work permit or valid VISA), you have to leave the country.
Unless after your CEC application is accepted (AOR) when you are in Canada, you could apply for open work permit (BOWP). Once that's approved, you'll be able to stay till either CEC decision or open permit is expired.

thank you so much gong0704....!!! its quide usefull information......
and what about the study permit validity?? normally its valid even for 2-3 more months after ur study finish? to apply for PGWP after getting your transcripts??
The validity of the study permit will be printed on ur permit.
Yes normally i have seen the permit have "more time" printed on it than the study period.
So lets say if u have a 2-year course, you will get a 2-year study permit, BUT your course will probably be finished before 2 years, So you will have few extra months on ur permit.
