CEC (+ PNP) application submitted in May 2016 with outland accompanying spouse

any idea how long it takes to get PR approved when spouse is outland ... my express entry points were 1040 and my spouse is outside Canada , I added spouse for my PR application as accompanying spouse ..

any one have idea how long it will take to approve our PR ? also we have done medical upfront and its showing passed on my online profile ...

Adding your spouse usually adds another month or two to the usual processing time. Doesn't make any difference if she is outside or inside.
Also upfront medicals will save you a week tops.
