Hi,
I'm planning to send my CEC application (SKILL A- NOC 2174 ) tomorrow and I would like to cross check the document list before I send them through express post.
I want to let you know "no dependents" in my case
I would appreciate if any one can point out any missing document before I send them.
I took ages to gather all the documents so I don't want to miss anything and feel sorry for it later.

My document list are as follows to make it easy I've divided the documents as groups and kept them in separate folders

Folder I

1. Document CheckList (IMM 5610 F)
2. GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA (IMM 0008 F) --- Signed with date
3. SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/ DECLARATION (IMM 5669 F) -- Signed with date
4. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - YOUR TRAVEL (IMM 5562 F) - No sign and date needed
5. SCHEDULE 8 ECONOMIC CLASSES CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS (IMM 0008 F - ANNEXE 8) -- Signed with date
6. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION (IMM 5406 F) -- Signed with date

FOLDER II

1. PASSPORT --- COPIES
2. CELPIP OFFICAL SCORE REPORT - ORIGINAL
3. WORKPERMIT & CANADA VISA (COPIES)
4. EMPLOYEER REFERENCE LETTER (ORIGINAL) - which includes number of hrs per week and roles)
5. T4 & NOA (Notice Of Assessment) - black out the SIN (social Insurance Number)
6. EMPLOYER OFFER LETTER -- Original offer letter which I got in the year 2013 when I gone through the interview process
7. PAY STUBS TILL DATE --- Pay stubs comes in mail so I kept printouts

FOLDER III

1. POLICE CLERANCE CERTIFICATES (INDIA,SWEDEN,UK) - ALL ORIGINALS
2. PHOTO 6 - 5 photos are signed & Dated at the back and one left blank
3. FEE Payment (Bank Draft from TD)
4. SELF ADDRESS MAILING LABELS (2 in number)

FOLDER IV

1. Supporting documents (All educational document copies) & Tenancy Agreement copies

Please let me know if Im missing any document.

^I hope you're not sending those in folders.
Also, what's the point of Folder IV?

Photo's: I attached this on the Checklist Page with a paper clip.

^If they're not part of the checklist then there's no point having them there.

OK I agree with you they are not in check list. I will make a note of it and remove from my documents

^Good Luck!
Check and re-check if everything is complete and signed/dated.

Seriously trust me I checked several times . More I check more I'm getting doubts so I posted here to cross check with you all before I mail them.

Are we expected to provide the original offer letter that we receive during the hiring process?

Also, should you be sending all the paystubs till date? I imagine it would be a lot and probably not necessary. If I were you, I would just submit the last 5 paystubs since they show the Year to date totals anyway. But just my two cents and you should probably check with someone more experienced.

I think 12 months pay stubs or employer reference letter is must may be we can ignore offer letter that we receive during the hiring process. Since I've offer letter that I receive during hiring process I've planned to send it.

Hi ,
You only need to provide copy of offer not original to the application. You only send paystubs for the period which is not included in NOA.

PCC have to be translated and notarized copy has to be attached in addition to oryginals
You mentioned only ALL Originals so just wonder if they are in English or you forgot to translate them

To be clear PCC - INDIA , PCC - SWEDEN AND PCC- UK all are in English so I guess no need translate them.

OK I've noted it . Its a good catch . Since I came here last year August 2013 and I filed my tax return in the march my NOA will be till that so I need to provide pay stubs for remaining months ie march 2014- till date ie. SEP .

Hello,

You are missing BIRTH CERTIFICATE !!!

You can't miss this document.....Must be in English or translated in English
