I applied for my Pr under Cec in june 2020. Due to family reasons I had to leave canada and return to india. On October 22, I received my copr while i was still in india.
There was a email thread of Wstlandingenquiries to inform them if I am not available in canada and i did it. I received a reply that since i was not available in canada at the time of Issuance of my Copr, copr is not valid now and to let iccrc now when I am back in canada before my work permit expires.Due to family issues, i came back to canada a week ago.
As i contacted on the same Wstlandingenquiries email address, they told me they cant do anything as the copr has expired and iccrc will take care of it.
I did call the iccrc call center and informed them that I am back in canada and please issue me a new copr as I can do virtual landing now. The agent told me not to raise a webform and as he has forwarded the message and it goes faster than a webform.
Anyone has any idea what will happen as my medicals and pcc has expired as well.
should i do anything else?
