I am applying CEC now. I have a quesiton about form IMM5669 Question6 k): have you or your faimily member had any serious disease or phisical or mental disorder? My husband had TB (Tuberculosis) 20 years ago and he was cured one year later. Since then he's been healthy. Should we click "yes" in the form and give details for that?

Agreed! I dont see why you wouldnt disclose, as medical exams are a part of the process anyway. Better to disclose than withold, which may reflect poorly on your application.
Besides, if they are healthy, and have been for a long time, then there is nothing to worry about.
when I applied for a visa to Canada, I was referred to attend additional medicals due to a scar on the x-ray. The DMP asked me if I ever had TB and I said no since I never had any TB. I finished my additional medicals and landed in Canada and the immigration officer told me to go to a local public health department and get clearance from TB. I did go to the local health dept and they did the check up and issued the letter saying that I am cleared from all medical survelliance and have no infection of any sought. Based on this, I answered "NO" for the TB question in the CEC app form. Is it ok?
Yes, it's ok. You were never diagnosed with TB and check up confirmed that.
