Got it thanks! But CEC-specific EE candidates might have different cuff off score compared to other EE candidates right? This is a data I found in the website moving2canada.

Not necessarily. It depends on whether IRCC conducts CEC specific draws or general draws. There have been periods where IRCC conducted CEC-specific draws. However recently they have all been general - so same cut off for both FSW and CEC.
FST is a separate draw that only happens once or twice a year generally.
