So, currently under NOC B in Canada, however I went to my home country for one month in between...will this break the one year continuous experience?
I have read that for CEC express entry work experience does not need to be continuous however some threads I read it needs to be continuous..

I think thats okay if it just continuous, I just need a confirmation regarding that from you guys.

First - one year = 52 weeks. If you think 3 weeks = 1 month, you could have a problem in calculating eligibility. Make sure you are talking about 52 full weeks.
Second - paid vacation IS employment. In no case would taking paid vacation be considered a break in employment. It counts.
Third - if you mean you took 4 weeks of vacation and 3 were paid by your employer, then you cannot count one week (t would be just one week of unpaid leave). It is still continuous.
Fourth - it is always a good idea to work a little more than the bare minimum required, just to give yourself a little buffer (in case of calculation errors).
