Hello Everyone
Should the date on the introduction of an employment letter match the signature date? My employment letter has a 3-day difference—the letter's introduction date is earlier, but my supervisor signed it 3 days later, and the signature automatically includes the date. Does this inconsistency affect its validity?
Any help in this matter will be really appreciated?
Hello,
I am working in Canada remotely for a Canadian employer. We don’t have a physical office, only a registered company address. Should I mention remote work in my reference letter?
Really helpful if you could let me know the format of the reference letter.

Should not be an issue.

Don’t hijack a person’s thread that has nothing to do with your question.
Hi,
Thank you Naturgrl for the reply.I appreciate your helping mentality. Would a letter of explanation be needed to explain this in my file or not? I have received the ITA and am trying to complete the ITA as soon as possible
Thanks
Hi there is a 22 day gap between the letter date and the signature date for me. The letter is dated 22 days before the signature. I assume the HR personnel only got around to signing it after 22 days. Would this be an issue?

Are you planning to keep a letter of explanation along with the employment to explain this
