CEC eligiblity to apply from - 1 minimum stay in country of residence

Hello,

I have been living in canada since last June-09. But in between , I do have two visits to my home country. Here is the sequence of exist/entry events.

First entry : 13-June-09
First Exit: 25-June-10 (At this point my WP was valid till DEC-10, but my visa was expired)

Second entry:13-Aug-10
Second exit:2-Feb-11(At this point my WP was valid till DEC-11, but my visa was expired)

Third Entry: 28-Feb-11( WP valid till DEC-11)

Currently I am residing in canada. Can I apply from Canada ?

Yes, you can apply from Canada to Buffalo.

I think it counts as long as your visa was issued/ you were admitted to Canada more than a year.

My visa was issued like this

First entry visa : 14-June-2009 Expired on 08-Dec-2009
Second visa : 05-Aug-2010 Expired on 20-Dec-2010
Third visa : 21-Feb-2011 Expired on 20-Dec-2011

So third time I have entered on 28-Feb-2011 and My current visa is valid till 16-Dec-2011

Am I eliglible to apply from Canada ?
