CEC Eligible but will complete 1 yr on Next Month but Offer Letter 50 Points Not added

Today EE system made me CEC Eligible but will complete 1 yr on 1st of next Month (Nov), so I received 75 points for CEC but question is I did not get 50 points for Offer Letter since I have offer letter as well, when I checked the profile, there is Question - That if you have completed 1 yr work experience, that is marked No, but since I already received and eligible for CEC category since EE system already considers me 1 yr experience, I can mark this experience Q as YES, so even if I receive ITA, I will submit application only after I actually complete 1 yr.

Yes, that 1yr is Ok, but my question, is since I am already CEC Eligible so I can mark the one yr question as YES, even though I will complete on 1st Nov.
In case I receive ITA prior to 1st Nov, but i will fill PR application only after 1st Nov when I actually complete 1 yr

you should wait until you complete 1 year.
