I have 28 month of work exp in canada (Apr2010 - July2012).
i have a doubt reg the FAQs mentioned in one of the site; not very sure if this rule still hold.
"6. Am I eligible to qualify under the Canadian Experience Class even though I have already returned to my home country? - Yes, provided that you submit your application to the Canadian Immigration Visa Office within a year of having left your Canadian employment. "
Yes, you are eligible. The one year limitation had been withdrawn in January, 2013 rules.
If you apply in December 2013, you work experience between December, 2010 to December, 2013 will be counted. It looks like you have 19 months of qualifying experience if you apply in December, 2013.
Make sure you apply as soon as possible because you are loosing one month of qualifying experience for every month of delay for sending your application to CIO.
second that, apply ASAP to avoid losing time and make sure you have all required documents( T4's-notice o assesements and reference letters with your duties and responsabilities detailed-IELTS for your NOC level) just read the instructions guide and follow the documents checklist step by step.
if something is unclear about your application, provide a detailed cover letter to avoid negative outcomes.
AFAIK, the most important document would be your reference (or experience) letter with all appropriate job duties and responsibilities that match the NOC code under which you apply.
