CEC - Educational documents in e-APR

We got ITA under CEC Category . My spouse has 2 post graduate degrees from Canada and undergrad degree from India. In the document upload section they have provided two placeholders
Education ( diplomas/ degrees)
Education (transcripts)
We have pg degree certificates and transcripts from Canadian universities
and
undergrad degree certificate from the university in India (transcript not available).

I was thinking all educational degrees , ielts trf needs to be uploaded as single doc.
Senior members please help.

In the document uploading section primary applicant is being asked to provide Education (degree/diploma)
and for the spouse there are two different placeholders for education documents viz Education (degree/diploma) , Education (transcripts) . I got confused and hence posted here. I was wondering if anyone else has faced it.

If you have two placeholders, then provide two sets of files as required. I don't think you can proceed to send the application without uploading something in the slots.
I've read a few times in this forum that transcripts are required for foreign studies.
Is there a reason why transcript is not available ? can you upload proof that you have applied for transcript but it takes time or if there is a situation like where the college/univ is closed down, explain it in the Letter Of Explanation.

my spouse has Canadian degree. i think that's why they are asking for transcripts. We have applied for the same.
