I am here on a LMIA Exempt closed work permit and would be completing an year here in Canada.
The company has issued "Secondment letter" with standard contents. Does that can be used to gain additional 50 points for a "Valid job offer" ? It does not contain the mandated verbiage i.e. "................. continue to employ you in this role for at least one year after you become a PR "
