CEC Class Application --- Please Advice

Hi,
I came last year Aug 17th 2013 and I was working from Day 1 as a Snr. BI consultant with NOC 2174 and I would like to apply for Canada PR under CEC Class.

My Question

I went to India in between for 5 weeks (i.e June 8 th 2014 and I came back on July 11th 2014) and I'm planning to send my documents on of after 19th Sep 2014 .

Since I'm permanent employee I got paid from the employer when I was away from this country . Can you of you please assist me whether I'm eligible to apply for the Canada PR with CEC.

I've given my exact travelling dates . Since I filled my application date as Sep 19th , 2014 I would like to send my application to CIC between 19th - 22 nd Sep 2014 .

Please let me know so that I can file my application as I planned. If I'm not eligible do let me know when would I get eligibility.

Actually I can tell you based on my experience ,I went to India for 6 weeks (paid by employer during this time) ... but i applied 2 months after completing 1 year just to keep buffer ....so i would suggest dont go for exact 5 weeks keep 1-2 weeks buffer.

for my application its already decision made and got PPR.

OK I would rather wait till OCT end or Nov first week ...

I though of filing it immediately as the processing time take 13 months
