Hello,

Has anyone changed their address from a Canadian address to a country outside of Canada to complete their PR application? I am currently CEC inland waiting for IP2 however want to move back to the UK next month?

I think raising a CSE would be correct thing to do. You can mention the changed address in the description

Yes, change os address is not at all a big thing which can affect your PR application decision. Its a very genuine case.
