CEC - Can business owner show his experience as CEC?

Hello Awesome People,
I am living in Canada with OWP. Recently I started an incorporated company with a Canadian partner where I own a small number of shares and the other partner is the only director with a high percentage share. Now I am taking a salary to run the business. My question is, Can I show this as my work experience towards CEC Express entry? I am not considering the owner-operator way. Is this possible in CEC?

You are self employed as you own the business with a partner. You can’t just change to “employed.” So your salary has deductions for EI, CPP, income taxes etc. You may need to request a ruling by CRA to decide. But under CEC, it is most likely considered self-employed.
