What do you mean by June 10 ? It has to be an exact date

If you gave biometrics for a temporary residence application like TRV or study/work permit, you'll likely have to submit biometrics again for the PR application. They'll ask you to make the biometric payment, and then you'll get a BIL.

Not likely - everyone has to give biometric again
