CEC Application without Police Certificate

Hi,

I have not received my police certificate till now. So I am not including the same in my CEC application. Will I get my AOR number without this. ? or the application will be returned to be re-submitted with police certificate. ?

iS there any chance that application will be rejected because of that.?

Yes, you will get AOR in case the rest of your documents is complete.
Once you get your AOR and receive the PCC mail, not email, it to CIC.

However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays.

The cost of second letter to CIC? Or what do you mean?

Yeah, the mailing cost. If he is mailing from outside Canada, it will be expensive.

However, it's only one document and shouldn't be that expensive. Having said all that, he asked if
the application can be submitted without the PCC, so the answer is YES.
I don't know where he/she resides right now, and how long it takes to obtain PCC so mailing application
without it might save him/her some time.
