CEC, application submission help needed

Hello guys,

I'm planning to apply under cec category. Please advice me what will be the safer period to apply, based on my situation.
Started working full time - Aug 29 2016
Pgwp expiry - Oct 14 2017
Travel to home country - Dec 25 2016 to Feb 3 2017 ( in this 2 weeks was a vacation and 3 weeks remote working from my home country)

Please advice me when can I apply

It sounds an almost similar case to mine.
I would wait until you complete your 12-month of Canadian experience to apply. But in the meantime, I would gather all the documents you will need (ie. medicals, IELTS, and mainly WES that can take quite some time).

Thanks, yes I have all docs ready. But only problem is when to apply, whether to apply by end of August or by middle of September, since I had three weeks remote working.

I would aim for mid September to be safer.

To make up 1-year working experience, can I count working experience while I was on coop intern work permit?
Or since I started work after completed and submitted my project for my diploma (1-year program) on 9 months of the period, can I count those 3 months work to make up 1-year work experience for CEC?

Please have a look and help me ASAP.

Not sure on this one.
I've read somewhere that for CEC you need to intend to live somewhere else other than Quebec province. But I'm not sure, maybe some other member can help you on that.
