CEC application question:Work history---Intended work in Canada

Hi All!
first thank you all for all the information so far, and I got ITA from last draw.

Now I have a question regarding the questionnaire, "Work History" section, "Intended work in Canada" sub-section.

I'm now holding a Post graduate work permit(PGWP) and has been working for 2.5 years full time as a software dev.

question:
should I answer "Yes" or "No" to "Does XXX have a job offer in Canada?
