I have gained my Bachelor degree from Canada and have worked full-time for a year in my field (I am still working) on PGWP. I am now eligible to apply under Canadian Experience Class.
I will be getting married soon and my wife is pursuing her Bachelors degree in Canada right now as an international student. She does not have any work experience.
I have calculated my points using CRS tool. After declaring that I am married and that my wife will
accompany me to Canada, my point comes to be 515. However, I have done a similar point check for my wife and again mentioning that she is married and I will accompany her to Canada, her point comes to be 265.
Can I include my wife along with my application if I am the primary applicant although her individual points doesn't make her eligible individually?
If I can include my wife with my application, do I need to provide proof of funds even though the cic website says proof of fund is not required for CEC?

You will have to show proof of marriage if you state that you are married on your EE profile. When you are married, you can add your wife as the dependent. CEC applicants do not need to show proof of funds.
You can also apply and add her as common law (I don't know the process with that, i guess you will have to show more things to prove that you are common law)
Wait until you are married to apply, I think it is much easier. All the best.
