I am going apply for my CEC application while I am on 'Implied' status here in Canada. I already got a letter from our (employer) lawyer for the status confirmation. I will be sending my work permits ( expired) along with this lawyer letter confirming my legal status in Canada.
Do I need to include LMO along with these documents? Any body who applied in the similar situation , please suggest. Thanx...
Hi,
I was in the similar situation, I submited my application with a positive LMO I revceived.
I got my AOR from CIO after one month ..
Good luck!
One of my friend suggested to Include Employment offer letter since I don't have work contracts...My offer letter was very old ..Is it mandatory to include the employment letter? Thx...
I have a question regarding my LMO...The job title in my LMO does not match with my Employment letter title ..My LMO says 'Lead Consultant' , but my employment letter says 'Project Manager'...but, the NOC code which is mentioned in LMO is correct( that's what I am using for my CEC application)...Due to this title discrepancy, I am wondering whether to include the LMO or NOT...Does it really matter?
Also, my LMO says the employment period is for 9 months ( it is due to my client SWO)..Will this information impact my CEC application ?
Logically, I am including the LMO just to show that, I am here in Canada legally and my status is 'Implied'. So, i don't think, the information in LMO should affect my CEC application. Any other thoughts?
Thx...
