CEC - AOR and Medical

Hello, so I applied for my CEC on August 1st. My payment was processed around Sept 20th.

I am wondering how long it takes for me to get my AOR, and then how long after the to get my medical request? I am hoping the overall process will be no longer than 8 months? Is that possible.

Your AOR would be in the next few weeks, but medical would be about 9 months after you application. The whole application process currently takes about 12 months for 80% of applicants.

AOR usually 55-60 days after CIC received your application. 7-8 months later MR.
Individual cases may be faster or slower tho.

As the strike is over now. So hopefully, they will start clearing the backlog at the same time continue processing the newer applications everything togather at faster pace...
