I will reach one year of CEC experience on May 1, 2025. However, I had 3-4 weeks of unpaid leave in December 2024, so that brings my actual one-year eligibility to May 30, 2024.
I now have the CEC points in April because IRCC calculates 11 months as 1 year. So based on other posts, I see if I get ITA this month, I just have to submit the application after my actual 1-year completion.
Can I use the same logic to submit the application after May 30 because of the unpaid leave so I will properly have the 12months/52 weeks of CEC eligibility? Or should I delete profile/decline ITA until May 30?
