I have Canadian PR. Currently on h1b and looking to switch companies. Can i work in Canada 100% remote for another US employer and get paid in USD without needing H1b visa? What are the tax limitations for me and for future employer. Do I pay taxes both in US and Canada?? Would I need to work as an independent contractor? Do I need to let my new employer know I'm based in Canada?
