I applied for H&C and officer made a decision (refusal) on November 2024. Never received the letter until January 2025 when meeting CBSA officer. CBSA handed both PRRA refusal and H&C refusal decision. Does that ever happen? I heard IRCC was supposed to send the H&C refusal decision since it’s a different agency. I also applied for JR after receiving the decision. Is that eligible since the decision was made on November 2024 but I received the notice in January?
