Can someone share their experience of obtaining CBSA entry/exit records? I got my wife's records 3 years back and the exit records (except USA) were missing.
My friend will be applying for citizenship next month and is not sure about his entries and exits. So just wanted to know if the CBSA records consist of all entries and exits from CANADA or not.
If your friend applies for the travel history, all exits since summer 2020 should be there, along with the entries to Canada, which makes it 4.5 years worth of exits...
Also, please note that the physical presence IRCC expects from the applicant is the personal record. Your friend should do his best to retrieve old emails with electronic tickets, check passport stamps and such, not just copy paste the content of the CBSA entry/exits. Of course, nothing stops him from doing just that, but that's not the spirit of the request. After all, IRCC literally asks applicants not to apply for their CBSA record for citizenship purposes.
