I'm a dentist in India, and I applied for Category-based draw for healthcare occupations from my ircc account. My NOC code is 31110 and I have 1 year experience. It shows that my score is 0 and I'm ineligible to apply for express entry. Can anyone throw light on this?

What is your selection score with ECA and IELTS? Need at least 67 points to be eligible.

According to the website, Ielts 24, ECA 23, age 12, and experience 9 I.e., a total of 68. Which means I qualify.

Are you single? Then yes.
Is your work experience continuous?
Ultimately there are one or more responses in your EE profile that are making you ineligible.
It's hard for us to guess what those may be.

Yes, I’m single. And my work experience is from 2 places, but no breaks whatsoever. It mentions that I can qualify for FSW even if my work experience is from 2 places, it should account for 1 whole year and has to be full time.

If there are no breaks in your work experience, then yes, you should qualify.
In that case the problem is something else. It's really very difficult for us to guess what that might be. Suggest your next step should be to review every single question and each answer to each question very carefully. You've answered one or more question incorrectly.
