Cashless insurance for new settlers

Hi,

I'll be landing in mid September and was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a cashless health insurance for the first three months ? I am relocating from Europe and from what I've researched so far, all the insurances seem to be pay up front and then claim from the company. Are there any providers who offer a cashless 3 month insurance before the provincial insurance kicks in ?
