Case got refused due to low level language

Hello
I applied for my study visa for Dec intake 2019,,but somehow I wasn't able to receive my visa response until today feb 6 2020,,,and in that the higher officials has refused my case on behalf of low language test.. As I did PTE with an overall 56 score.
Even many of my friends have gone Canada on pte in the past few months.
I'm confused to what to do now.

In my refusal letter, theres only one thing mentioned. Visa refused due to low language test. Thats it

In my refusal they mentioned the same so what did your agent saying to you will you get visa or not
